The Universe Is Beige just launched their first collection. The quirky brand was created by five young designers who joined together because they felt they could make something great. “We wanted to design t-shirts with unique and experimental design, inspired by geometrical shapes, collages and the somewhat bizarre. And we wanted something more than just clothes with prints. So behind every design on our shirts lies a ‘fun fact’ that the print is based upon. Unusual facts you never really needed to know, but always wanted to know.” Explains the team. Adding “And on our search for such facts, we found our name. Research has proven that the universe, despite what our eye shows us, is actually beige. All the colors in the universe added up concludes a beige white color, called Cosmic Latte. It’s even gotten its own hex code; #FFF8E7.” The collection is available now via theuniverseisbeige.com
