Two surfers, One Clothing Line- Voy-Voy.com

Founded and designed by surfers who were frustrated with clothing they found in surf shops, VoyVoy began making casual clothing…with a twist.

Nat and his dad have been surfers their whole lives, both raised surfing in New York. However, there was a problem in that they never actually wanted to wear the clothes they found in  local surf or men’s shops. So they’ve decided to make clothing they’d love to wear, whether it was for going to bed, going to the beach or going out.

VoyVoy” is an expression used on the shores of Central and South America. It is translated from Spanish as “I go, I go.” It is used to signal to others that one is riding a wave. Go explore, go create, go live.

Each shirt is knit from 100% Peruvian Cotton, harvested by hand and colored using environmentally neutral dyes. The shirts are detailed with hand selected fabrics from around the world and made with an inset pocket which is very handy for anything from an iPhone to holding a subway card.

Now let’s take a look at some of the fun pocket patterns they do!

Now maybe you wonder what is that logo on their pockets. I wondered  that too and I had no idea that in classic Mayan art monkeys are both deviant and divine creatures. But if you think of it monkeys play tricks and provide laughter, but they are hard workers too so..they represent both the seriousness and laughter in life; and Voy-Voy embody both.

For those who are are not conventional when it comes to clothes please visit their website start buying some tees and enjoy the ride !

You can’t always be at the beach…or can you?-Voy-Voy
