Mad Max’s legacy extends back to 1979 when this Aussie blockbuster first came on screens. Undoubtedly it was George Miller’s finest creation which still survives and flourishes. The trilogy revolves around the post-apocalyptic era and depicts human savagery and tribal warfare at its finest. The Road Warrior remains one of the most admirable and cherished film from this trilogy which was also responsible for the birth of Mel Gibson on western cinema.

But all “Maxians” around the world hold tight because the two trailers of the new film Mad Max: Fury Road are more awesome than you could imagine. Animation and visual representation is dexterously created which adds a different vibe than the previous trilogy. Filming was jeopardized many times in between when the rumors for the new film came out in 2001.But it took real pace when Tom Hardy was chosen to portray Max in this series in 2009 which was before his Bane character in The Dark Knight Rises. So we can expect a mind blowing performance from Hardy because he has that charisma and versatility to lift up characters like these.

On the other hand fans can expect some crazy artistic cars which shows that tribal power will be exhibited based on these pieces of technologies which sounds insanely awesome. But beside that fans will also see that old vintage V8 Interceptor which was destroyed in ‘’The Road Warrior’’. George Miller has confirmed that the car seen in The Fury Road is Max’s Interceptor. There is also another main character called Furiosa which as seen in the trailer is fleeing on her own with the group of women which are called as The Wives. Played by Charlize Theron, she seems to run some kind of war wig and has something valuable in her possession which the antagonist in the film want so badly. Max and Furiosa seem to form some kind of alliance for the collective effort to tackle the group of antagonists. So we can expect something extraordinary in that sandy and deserted place. The main villain in this year Mad Max is The Immortan Joe played by Hugh Keays-Byrne. He, as seen from the trailer is a vicious warlord who is in quest of a valuable in possession of Furiosa. He also has some kind of compound where he experiments to develop new advanced vehicles which undoubtedly will lead to some of the unique battle cars you will see in this film. Mad Max: The Fury Road will hit theatres on May 13th, 2015 in Belgium.

Apart from that a video game is also set to release this year in mid April which will be post-apocalyptic vehicular combat game. It will be available on PS3,PS4,Microsoft Windows,X-box 360 and X-box one.Game plan will revolve around a deserted wasteland in which Max will search for his vehicle, the interceptor along with his partner Chumbucket. So gamers can also become part of Max’s fight for survival and struggle to achieve impossible.
