Some would say LittleBigPlanet is a kids game. I’m going to say that those people have never tried playing LittleBigPlanet. While it is definitely a game that kids can play, it offers so much more than a typical kids game. First of all, you pretty much get three things for the price of one. It’s a unique platform puzzle game, a game-creating kit, and a community to share and explore how to make games. If you’re a parent getting this game for a child, be careful though. People’s creativity has no limit, so there are some age inappropriate levels created.

Now while the first two games offered some very good story, depth and humor, the third one tops them all in my opinion. You can download the Sackboy you created in a previous game, or you can create a whole new Sackboy for this one. As soon as I started playing, I saw how awesome the graphics are. The textures are very nice, the backgrounds are enchanting, and all in all it’s a game, where the more you play, the more you love it.

The game is mainly a platformer, and it’s not really linear, since you get loads of side quests, and mini games to entertain you. There’s also 4 characters for you to play with, and a lot of the levels have areas that aren’t accessible with every character, so you will find new things upon replay.

When you get bored of that it’s time to start making your own levels. Pretty much the only limit here is your own creativity. You can find a level on YouTube where Sackboy is a sperm traveling through the level, hoping to be ejaculated. Also, if you don’t feel like making your own levels, you can also play one of the millions of levels created by other players.
