ExploreI found out about No Man’s Sky a few month ago and instantly got hyped about it. I loved the trailers and fact that the game allowed me to explore a vast universe. Just imagine, there are 18 quintillion planets in No Man’s Sky, and you can explore them all.
I’m almost 70 hours into the game and I’m not sorry I pre-ordered it. I have to admit after awhile it becomes a bit repetitive and this game isn’t for anyone. It’s a 100% exploration (and mining) game with hardly any combat to speak of. If you don’t like exploration and don’t have a sense of wanderlust you’ll absolutely hate No Man’s Sky.
A lot of people bought No Man’s Sky thinking it would be an amazing multiplayer experience, a game with a deep story line or a great space simulator and now they’re bashing the game for lacking the features they’d hope it’ll have. This game has always been marketed as an exploration game set in a infinite universe. And in my opinion Hello Games nailed it perfectly. I’m always discovering new and different jaw-dropping planets and alien life forms.
