Let’s launch a urban clothing brand!
So the story goes like this..They’re a small new start-up independent urban clothing brand from Manchester, UK, the owner Anthony and his buddy from college decided to start a tee business a short while ago because they were pretty bored with day-to-day jobs and it took them a while but they finally managed to launch a couple months ago. And their journey begins!
“I’m all about the bare dollar”
So you wonder how they’ve chosen this funny name to their Urban Clothing Company: BearDollar ? Well that’s another story.. Since Anthony and his partner known each other (right from when they were still studying) one of the phrases they always used to throw about was “I’m all about the bare dollar” essentially meaning, we love money!, but that’s how the brand name BearDollar came about!
Now seeing their friends and family wearing BearDollar tees definitely gives them a real buzz! They are very fortunate to have friends in various parts of the world, such as Hong Kong and Bangkok, so seeing someone wear one of their tees in as far away is really cool.
“How our designs came about?”
How their designs came about was really long and thought provoking but the truth is that they were playing about with designs on the Mac and thought the panda with hipster glasses looked pretty cool and their friends did too so “we stuck them on some t-shirts!”- says Anthony.
