So it may be a little too early for Best Of lists… BUT not in the t-shirt world. Especially at this time of years, as you’re looking for gifts for you friends and family (and hopefully a little something for yourself), you may want to consider some of the best of the best.
One of our top brands is TeePublic. They have some of the best independent designers that come up with some of the best (and most fun) designs. They’re my go-to brand for mash-ups, but they have so much more from all your favorite fandoms and then some.
So let’s look back at some of the best shirts TeePublic produced in 2017.
Way back in April, I did a blog on Shakespeare’s Birthday, and discovered this fun shirt:
And it turned out to be one of our most popular! Guess the kids today like their Shakespeare and their facial hair.
Willie’s words remain popular even after 400 years.
When I was reading comics back in the (late) 1980s, I never thought we’d see a slew of Thor merchandise. But thanks to Thor: Ragnarok, we’ve had an onslaught of Thor shirts. And since the Magic Kingdom also runs Asgard, this has to be the best Thor shirt of the year:
And other smash… I mean mash-ups:
In a year with the Nevertheless She Persisted movement and the smash hit Wonder Woman, here’s the best Amazon Princess Shirt from TeePublic:
A close runner-up:
I was excited for this year’s return of Twin Peaks (if I haven’t changed my profile pic yet, I’m getting my brain crushed by The Dark Woodsman in it). Not sure if it was the return we longed 25 years for, but it was still great to get back to the land of damn fine coffee and cherry pie.
And they’ve got some of the best Pennywise T-shirts of the year:
And a few more of our favorite fandom favorites:
And TeePublic is more than just pop culture/fandom shirts. They have some great original (and humorous) designs.
For animal lovers:
Both real and imaginary:
Or some of the best ways to get your personal messages (or insults) across.
And finally, some just cool looking, unique designs…
