ExploreP.Schellengerger is a T-Shirt brand founded by the couple Peter Schellenberger and Cindy YH Wong. Cindy (from Malaysia) and Peter (from Germany) met in 2011 in New Zealand and decided to continue their travels and lives together. They are ‘Global Nomads’ traveling different countries, experiencing and enjoying the cultural similarities and differences. They made and still make friends all around the world by sharing a bus ride, a couch, a lunch, life experiences … and this list would fill pages.
They learned to enjoy living life with less, to embrace, value and appreciate the things they have. The people and their stories behind the products you purchase matter. Peter and Cindy want their T-Shirt friends to connect with them and their products and think of a Tee as an art form, a canvas of our time.
P .Schellenbergers vision is to minimize the gap between fashion and contemporary art and raise the spirit of art, individuality and uniqueness. And they’re doing that by releasing only high quality and limited edition designs. On their travels, they met lots of people working in big factories for big brands who can neither enjoy their work nor have a proper standard of living based on their salaries.
It was a long journey towards their final small collection, but every tiny detail was considered carefully. What you buy matters.
