ExploreMinons are lovable yellow pill shaped beings who live to serve. They live to serve the most despicable masters, the evil masterminds whose plans are usually to take over the world. Their story begins at the dawn of time, when they actually evolve from yellow single celled organisms. Immediately they find their master, which at the dawn of time could only be one thing – a T-Rex.
They go on to bigger and better things when they serve for various different masters, some of them vampires. At some point they even serve as Napoleon’s minions. But in modern days they have fallen on some hard times. They have no master, so they are all facing extinction from depression. So Kevin, the minion leader comes up with a plan. With some help of the teenage rebel Stuart and the lovable dummy Bob, he sets out to go from Antarctica to New York and London, on a mission to find Scarlett Overkill, the world’s first female super villain.
The movie was released on the 26th of June 2016, and it’s already looking to be a favorite family movie of the year. It was a spin-off everyone was waiting for. Sandra Bullock is voicing Scarlett Overkill, and when asked about why she did it, she said it was so that her adopted son Louis could see a movie with her in it.
