There’s nothing worse than being into a television show’s first season, only to feel it crapped out in the second. That’s how most of the fans of True Detective felt after “suffering” through a second season of a show that has been so promising in its first. It was described as boring, confusing and poorly acted.

So why they heck am I writing a blog suggesting you wear t-shirts of the show. Because that first season was pretty damn amazing. And it has so many cool elements to it: the mysterious spiral, the stick figures, antlers and the yellow king. It dove into various mythologies and underground novels, and yeah, you can claim it’s a rip off of both Twin Peaks and Lost, but it still stands pretty firm with a style of its own. Will there be a season three of True Detective? HBO says the verdict is still out, but never say never. The network even admitted to rushing season two, so they are probably going to make sure if they do a season three, they take their time and do it right.
