Halo is probably one of the most widely-known and most popular gaming franchises in history. I remember spending a good few hours every Sunday afternoon sitting on the floor of my bedroom with my brothers, in front of a boxy TV and an Xbox, playing several rounds of Halo. It’s an amazing game, and it has come so far since its first release in 2001. The gameplay is fantastic, lending itself to hours of fun, and the story of an intergalatic war between the human race and a crazy alien theocracy isn’t half bad, either.
Halo isn’t just another FPS game, it’s a contribution to the world of sci-fi, and it has been a part of thousands of people’s lives and responsible for millions of awesome memories.
