22 Star Wars Holiday Shirts for Force-Filled Celebrations!

by on Dec 19, 2016

December has always been a month for counting down. Counting down to Christmas or the last seconds of the year. But for the past two years, and for the foreseeable future, December will also be a countdown to a new Star Wars movie. This year we waited for Rogue One: A Star Wars Story and next year we’ll be counting the days to see what happens to Rey, Finn, Kylo Ren, BB-8 and all the rest in Star Wars Episode VIII.

I do miss the May releases of Star Wars movies, but all of life is change. So in order to keep up with that galaxy far, far away, I have to get used to the fact that they will be hitting theaters at Christmas time now. Instead of looking at it as one more thing to do this time of year, I will try to look at it as one more thing to celebrate!

On opening night of Rogue One: A Star Wars story, I saw a ton of fans wearing what was no doubt their favorite Star Wars t-shirts. But not one of them was holiday themed. This shouldn’t be! So I searched the galaxy, or rather the world wide web, for some great Star Wars Holiday Shirts! Ones you can wear this year and coming years for all the future Star Wars December releases.

In the past, I’ve received Valentine’s Day gifts and cards featuring Darth Vader. I’ve always found this odd, because he’s a murderous, evil villain. But hey, doesn’t mean this absentee father doesn’t like to celebrate Christmas, too!

All of the Empire is in good cheer this time of year.

And of course the rebels and resistance have their way of celebrating.

They are also multi-denominational.

And you don’t have to be a Wookie to celebrate Life Day!

And even in a place that may be furthest from the bright spot of the galaxy, its tiny residence find a way to celebrate, even without snow or any kind of moisture that is not farmed.

And in this day and age, what’s Christmas without ugly Christmas sweaters. Or in this case, ugly Christmas sweaters Star Wars patterns on t-shirts:

May the fa la la la Force be with you!
